Being a green and working at Frog was a little frustrating because so little attention was paid to sustainable design and living. As everyone referred to the wider company as "the pond," and employees as, "frogs," we started an internal organization to promote a greener workplace and sustainable design: PondFirst! The name was my idea.

The name is an obvious rip-off of "EarthFirst!," so I figured the logo should follow suit. The footpad of the frog was taken from a web article on frogs.
