Iberia Airlines

Woodcut Logo, 2001
This was a logo done for a design class. We spent the entire 12 weeks reworking the brand of a chosen company. iberia Airlines is a Spanish Airline with a very poor reputation, and a pretty stodgy brand (my apologies to any Iberian employees who happen to read this)
I developed this bullhead with pen, and carved it out of wood to get the final look and feel. The bull is perhaps a controversial thing at least from an American animal activist point of view, but it might be a cliche from the Spanish perspective! In any case, to me (and my class) it represented Spain's passion and glory well.
Their website is at least not so bad: Iberia.com
