The Diebold Variations

nice little ad parodies - in case you didn't know Diebold is a company who makes a voting machine. The owner is a die hard republican who has promised "to deliver ohio" or something to that effect. They've been in the spotlight because they have refused to release the code behind the machine.

It (or a system like it) is also controversial because it leaves no papertrail, which may be good for the environment, but poor for democracy because there is no way to do a recount and double check the results.
