Chat Language
This reminds me of a feature I designed for a CMS app. The idea was to allow users (in the case of the CMS, agents) to create shorthand code for their most frequently typed phrases, in their own 'voice', and save it into their phrase library. It is easy to enter and memorize the personal code. To the person receiving it, the code is blown out into the full phrase.
The phrase can be as long as several paragraphs if needed. The receiver would not need to decipher such a complex language as shown in that link.
For example, I can type "/FU" in my cell, IM, or email to Ben and what he gets is my full dissertation on "Nostalgia and the Post-Mao 'Revival' of the Xian Shi Yue String Ensemble Music of Chaozhou, South China"
