For Phillip - software for children

Here are the slides from a talk about how the BBC used qualitative research
and personas to investigate the ways that kids approach online identity
management and group membership. The talk was given at the recent O'Reilly
Emerging Technology Conference:

It's a nice example of using personas to encapsulate research findings in a
way that can aid the design process.
