announcement

The White House today announced that it would be outsourcing the Presidency to workers in Bangladesh in the coming year. "We think this will be a benefit to the American economy," said a White House spokesman. "This makes more things tradeable, and that is good for international trade which is good for Americans." He went on to describe the cost savings when the presidency would be handed over to low wage workers. "This is not just a reduction in salary, but also services provided to the president -- such as free housing, transportation and security," he said.

The Federal Court system is considering a parallel move, according to anonymous sources, looking into judges in Saudia Arabia, and police in Columbia. A senior analyst at the Cato Institute said Congress would not be too far behind, "The American economy demands a certain level of efficiency, and ROI. The Federal government as it now stands, simply does not supply it"

Banladesh officials were estatic over the move. President Bush declined to comment when questioned on the subject at a press briefing this afternoon.
